After earning his law degree from the Phoenix School of Law, Garrett established himself as a leader in the field, owning and operating a successful multi-office law firm. He has personally managed thousands of case files, specializing in high-stakes business-related immigration visas (TN, L-1, H-2B, PERM), as well as a significant focus on working with business professionals in different corporate settings to ensure business compliance, legal protection, and growth.

What sets Garrett apart is his dual-focus on technical accuracy and conflict resolution. As a certified and trained mediator, he brings a unique "Resolution-First" philosophy to the academy. He teaches colleagues how to navigate the human side of the legal work they engage in, whether its immigration law, business law, civil law or tax law, emphasizing ethical communication and dispute management—skills that turn a standard document preparer into a trusted professional.

Garrett’s passion for teaching and professional development stems from years of supervising legal teams of 20+ staff members. He has been recognized as a "Top 40 Under 40" professional and a "Rising Star" because of his ability to lead and inspire.

At Global Enterprise Academy, Garrett leverages his bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to provide comprehensive legal document training. He has identified exactly where most preparers face hurdles and has designed his curriculum to ensure his colleagues master the nuances of USCIS procedures, tax documentation, and civil litigation filings.
